We’re preparing for launch. Reservations get first access and launch pricing. We’ll email you when the date is confirmed. grinny is not in stock or shipping now.
What comes in my kit?+
Home: one tall brush and a matching starter refill. Mini: one miniature brush and a matching Mini refill. Home + Mini: one of each, with matching refills. The 4-pack has four equal-size Home brushes in Coral, White, Black and Navy, each with its matching starter refill. Every brush has a fitted head.
Are tablets and paste interchangeable?+
No. Choose the Tablet Brush with its bottom push dispenser, or the Paste Brush with its bottom twist. Each needs its own refill, made for the correct Home or Mini size.
Why are refills subscription-only?+
Refills and replacement head plates arrive together every 30 days, with free standard shipping. Choose Solo, For two or Family, then your flavor, tint and head fit. You can skip, pause or cancel future deliveries after activation.
Does reserving start a subscription?+
No. A reservation saves your preferences for free. At launch, you’ll review the final contents, recurring price and first renewal date before choosing to activate a plan.
What ships free?+
Active subscription orders ship free. One-time orders of $35+ ship free after discounts and before tax. Below $35, shipping is charged at checkout. Reserving subscription interest does not activate free shipping.
Do I need water? Can I swallow it?+
A sink-free, low-foam, spit-free routine is the goal. These directions, including swallowing safety and children’s ages, depend on finished-formula testing. Our planned launch formulas are fluoride-free. Read our Science & formulas page for what is planned and what still needs testing.
Is the optional deposit refundable?+
Yes, fully, anytime. If deposits are enabled, a separate optional $10 deposit locks launch pricing. You can always join the list for free. A deposit does not start a subscription or ship a product.
What about pets?+
Keep xylitol products away from dogs. Our planned formulas include xylitol, which is toxic to dogs. Contact a veterinarian immediately if a dog may have eaten it.
